God is our refuge and strength [mighty and impenetrable]  
<Our safe place to hide>,
A very present and well-proved <ready> help in trouble.
Therefore we will not fear <being fearless and courageous>,
though the earth should change
{though the earth give way}
And though the mountains be shaken and slip into the heart of the seas,
Though its waters <rush> roar and foam,
Though the mountains tremble at its roaring.

Selah.  

There is a river whose streams make glad <splash joy, cooling> the city of God,
The holy <sacred> dwelling places of the Most High.
God is in the midst of her [His city] <living> {within her}, she will not {fall or} be moved;
God will help <fight for, be of service for> her when the morning dawns.
The nations made an uproar <threatening them>, the kingdoms tottered and {fell} were moved;
He raised {lifted} His voice, the earth melted <obeyed>.
The Lord {Almighty} of hosts <fights for us> is with us;
The God of Jacob is our stronghold [our refuge, our high tower {our fortress} <protecting us>].

<Attention, all> Come, {and see} behold the works <marvels> of the Lord ,
Who has brought desolations and wonders <planting flowers and trees> on the earth.
He makes wars to cease to the end of the earth <pole to pole>;
He breaks the bow into pieces and snaps {shatters} the spear in two
<all weapons broken across His knee>;
He burns the chariots {shields} with fire.
“Be still and know (recognize, understand) that I am God.  
<Step out of traffic! Take a long, loving look at Me, Your High God>
I will be exalted among the nations! I will be exalted in the earth.”  
<Above politics, above everything.>
The Lord {Almighty} of hosts is with us <and fights for us>;  
The God of Jacob is our stronghold [our refuge, our high tower {our fortress} <protecting us>].

Reflection

The world quakes with disruptions, interruptions, distractions.
The pain, the brokenness, the hurt, the lack claw for all your attention
The pattern of this world is to wallow in the mud of the ugly and broken
Your head spins around and your body chases side to side with divided focus
The pattern of your home in heaven is to TAKE your free for all gifts
Moments With Me.
When the whistle blows on Easter day and the children rush with excitement
they grab a hold of their prizes... there is more than enough and yet they JUMP
on the chance to obtain awaited joy.
While you're still moving; PAUSE
Hold the moment, using your arms and hands
Capture the moment in front of your abdomen
You caught it!
A moment with Me!
Now reach to the archives in Heaven of who I am
of what My Son did on the cross to reveal who You are! 
Open your head 
Grab each scroll, each book from Heaven 
Roll them out before you
Turn each page and gaze 
Hold them to your chest
Watch Me take each boulder of burden from you
as you partake of Me
Watch yourself getting lighter 
because of My ministry with you 
Right Now in This moment Together
Put your arm around my neck
I have My arm around your waist
We'll dance lightly into more time and space
My Beloved, your body I have made
it melts obediently in trusting peace
